Personal Assistant to the CEO
This is probably the most demanding role within
Camino. The role requires an individual who is
immaculately groomed with exceptional communication
skills. As the PA to the CEO you will be responsible
for supporting and managing all aspects of the CEOs
private and work life, as such we expect that there
will be requirements for extensive travel without
notice, significant night and weekend work as well
as co-ordinating the extensive work commitments the
CEO currently has. The individual who accepts this
role will be required to have the highest level of
discretion and will be required to undergo extensive
background checks.
Our preference is for an individual who is looking
at future management career aspirations - experience
is not going to be our highest priority and we
encourage individuals looking for that first major
opportunity to apply. Our long term hope is that
this individual would and could take charge of one
of the business divisions in the coming years.
